The questions in ClearSurvey are for use by your practice to glean information about your patients’ experience. This is separate and distinct from the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey, which is administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for quality measurement. ClearSurvey is not intended to duplicate or conflict with any information requested through the HCAHPS survey.
